Was invited for Bugis Junction Food Trail yesterday! Thanks to OMY.SG. The #1 restaurant visited was to Everything with Fries! Also known as EwF. Was my first time visiting the outlet at Bugis. My regular visit was to their outlet at Orchard Central. (:

 - The One Egg soup -

 - Skinny Wings -

- Strawberry Milk Shake -
Strawberry milk shake was thick and rich. Tasted like ice-cream I thought.
It will be good to order that, if you are staying there for long.

 - Grilled Pork Chop -
The meat is tender and chewy. The gravy sauce tasted just nice, not too
strong for my taste bud. (:

  - Tandoori Chicken Sandwich -

   - Steak Tulang -
It is tender and not too tough for me to chew and it blends well with the gravy. (:

    Char-Grilled Beef Karubi -

    Wild NZ King Salmon -
The salmon is well-cooked! Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside.
If you are a salmon lover, do not miss this dish if you dine there!

  Char-Grilled Char Siew -

The food tasted reasonably good! The recommended dishes will be: The One Egg soup, Grilled Pork ChopSteak Tulang and Wild NZ King Salmon! Not to forget, the sour cream and onion fries! A good chill-out place to be with loved ones!

#2 stop was to Platypus Kitchen!

  - Risotto Balls -
Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside! Blended well with the rich pumpkin puree,
which tasted pretty good.

- Crab Cakes -
Stuffed with chunks of crab claw meat!

- Truffle Fries -

Beer Cocktails
- Smith's Ale & Momo-Lychee Ale -

- Carbonara -

- Squid-ink Scallop Ragout -

- Spicy 'Diablo' Crab & Prawn -
Nice presentation when served. Appropriate amount of prawn
and crab claw meat was given. The spicy level is low so it cater for people
who cannot take high level of spicy stuff.

- Saffron & Caviar Risotto -
This dish has a pleasant fragrant. Tasted good and not too
strong for my taste bud.

- Pressed Pork Belly -
The meat is not tough and it goes well with the honey &
clove apple glaze. I think it tasted slightly strong for me but it still a
decent dish not to be missed.

- Iced Sea Salt Caramel -

This was the first time visiting this restaurant. Nice ambiance with cosy seats. The food tasted good! Yummy! The recommended dishes will be: Risotto BallsSpicy 'Diablo' Crab & PrawnSaffron & Caviar Risotto, Pressed Pork Belly and Iced Sea Salt Caramel! Not to forget the beer cocktails - Smith's Ale & Momo-Lychee Ale. Each has its own unique taste which was good.
